Permitless (Constitutional) Carry has passed in Florida

Must still be able to legally possess a firearm (US citizen or lawful US permanent resident, resident in state of FL).

Simply said, if you cannot pass the background check when buying a gun at the gun store, you cannot carry

Must still be concealed, no open carry

All rules, regulations, limitations, and prohibitions from Florida statutes still apply

If not a permit holder, but legally carrying, you may not carry out of state

No reciprocity is given by any other state unless you have a Florida Concealed Weapons License

FL has reciprocity with 37 other states (subject to change and their rules & regs)
