Handgun Fundamentals
New to firearms, don't own a gun? No problem, we'll teach you the basics. You will learn proper aiming techniques, sight alignment, grip, presentation, stance and more. We can also assist you in your purchase of a firearm.
Marksmanship & Skills- Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, or Combination
Need a refresh or want to tighten up your group? Want to work on important skills such as emergency reloads and clearing malfunctions? Want to learn how to transition between them while shooting?
Red Dot Pistol Training
Problem "finding the dot"? Ever wonder what it's like to shoot a pistol with a red dot? We will teach you how to find the dot every time! We will discuss and demonstrate the benefits of using a pistol mounted optic.
Rifle Training
Want a rifle, but don't know how to operate it efficiently? We will teach you how to safely handle, load, unload, and shoot your rifle and be competent for home defense, range days, an advanced rifle class and more.
Defensive Shotgun Training
Considering a shotgun? We will teach you how to safely handle, load, unload, and shoot your shotgun and be competent at the range, for home defense, and more.
GROUP CLASSES (minimum of 4 students required)
Concealed Weapons License
Upon succesful completion of course, students will be provided a certificate of completion
***Florida will no longer require a permit to carry, however the laws/regs/prohibited places did not change.
***You will still require a state issued license if you wish to carry in another state that grants FL residents reciprocity.
You do not need to own a pistol for this course. This course exceeds state minimums. Students will learn Florida, rules, regulations, and requirements for applying for, carrying, and using a pistol for justified self defense whether they choose to obtain license or carry without a license. Students will practice safe gun handling and review handgun fundamentals. Students will also demonstrate what they have learned at the end of class. Upon successful completion, students will be provided with a certificate of training that allows them to apply for a FL concealed weapons license.

Intro to Pistol
Upon succesful completion of course, students will be provided a certificate of completion
Basic level course- must have basic shooting experience. If no shooting experience, please reach out to me before signing up for class, we can prepare you.
Students will learn fundamentals of pistol shooting, presentation, drawing from the holster, how to clear/work through common malfunctions, shooting one handed, shooting with support hand only, and more.

● Ammunition- 250 rounds
● Pistol- semi-auto pistol, medium sized pistol or larger at least .380 caliber
● 3 magazines- minimum (holds at least 10 rounds)
● Gun belt- sturdy, thick leather or tactical belt. This is crucial to comfort, sturdiness, & security of the firearm
● Magazine pouch
● Holster- (OWB, IWB, or concealed) that attaches to belt and covers trigger guard (no OLD leather holsters, no Serpa’s, no nylon aka Uncle Mike’s, no Sticky/Remora Holsters)

● Food & Water- Course is outdoors and very hot and humid, you may also get hungry. We break in between shooting, we do not have a designated lunch break.

Intro to Red Dot Pistol
Upon succesful completion of course, students will be provided a certificate of completion
Basic level course: must have own red dot pistol, & basic shooting experience. If no shooting experience, please reach out to me before signing up for class, we can prepare you.
Students will be introduced to shooting a pistol with a mounted optic (red dot). Students will also learn fundamentals of pistol shooting, presentation, drawing from the holster, how to clear/work through common malfunctions, shooting one handed, shooting with support hand only, shooting with an occluded, obscured, and broken red dot, and more.

Intro to Rifle

Students will learn the fundamentals of rifle shooting, zeroing (optics and or iron sights), presentation from high and low ready, how to clear/work through common malfunctions, shooting from various positions (standing, kneeling, prone), shooting multiple targets, rifle to pistol transitions, and more.
